Branding & Translation

Whether you are a sake brewery looking for ongoing branding and translation services, or you just have a one-off translation project which requires specialist wine or sake domain expertise, I can help you to communicate your message to your audience, sensitively and naturally.

Judging and Tasting

I have judged formally for the International Wine Challenge (sake section) in the 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 competitions.


I have also judged in a Japanese sake competition, The Fine Sake Awards, in 2023.


I began spirits judging in 2024, with The International Spirits Challenge and The Global Spirits Masters

Putting that same experience to use, I have helped beverage producers to gain an independent yet informed perspective on their own product portfolio.


From helping out behind the scenes, to running bespoke wine and sake tastings, crafted to your specific needs and budget.
