Branding & Translation
Whether you are a sake brewery looking for ongoing branding and translation services, or you just have a one-off translation project which requires specialist wine or sake domain expertise, I can help you to communicate your message to your audience, sensitively and naturally.
Judging and Tasting
I have judged formally for the International Wine Challenge (sake section) in the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 competitions.
I have also judged in a Japanese sake competition, The Fine Sake Awards, in 2023.
Putting that same experience to use, I have helped producers to gain an independent yet informed perspective on their own product portfolio.
